Facilities Provided
Cutting & Facing
Raw steel bars are cut to required length and both ends faced square for accurate reference surfaces before CNC turning.
CNC Turning
The core machining operation. Shaft diameters, steps, undercuts, tapers, and threads are CNC-programmed per customer drawing.
VMC / Milling
Keyway milling, flats, cross-holes and spline milling. CNC programmed for repeatable accuracy across all production batches.
Precision Grinding
Final diameter and surface finish operation. Achieves Ra 0.8 µm or below with ±2 micron diameter tolerance.
